Welcome Ashley Gouthro! Our New Home Specialist at Riggs Request

We are excited to introduce Ashley Gouthro as the newest member of the Riggs Request team. Ashley joins us as a Home Specialist, bringing fresh energy and dedication to the variety of home services we provide. From home watch visits to personalized concierge services, Ashley will play a key role in ensuring our clients’ homes are well cared for and their needs are met with attention and care.

Ashley moved to the lake in June 2024 from Wisconsin and absolutely loves the community here. When not working, you’ll usually find her spending time with her two dogs and her significant other, Tyler—riding their Harley, hanging out on the lake, or camping whenever they can. Ashley is a big coffee lover and likes to stay busy but always makes time to enjoy the simple things. Her passion for helping others and her love for the lake make her a perfect fit for our team.

Ashley’s Role at Riggs Request

Ashley will be responsible for a range of home services designed to support our clients in maintaining their properties and enjoying peace of mind. Her main duties include:

• Home Watch Visits

Ashley will conduct regular inspections of clients’ homes to ensure everything is in order. This includes checking for any signs of damage, maintenance needs, or security concerns. These visits help protect homeowners who may be away for extended periods.

• Concierge Services

Beyond home watch, Ashley will assist with various concierge tasks tailored to each client’s lifestyle. Whether it’s coordinating repairs, managing deliveries, or arranging special requests, Ashley’s goal is to make homeownership easier and more enjoyable.

Her hands-on approach and attention to detail will help clients feel confident that their homes are wall cared for.
