Riggs Request, LLC has been in the home management business for over 5 years, serving the Lake of the Ozarks area in Central Missouri. The company initially started as a dedicated home watch provider, but as demand grew, the founders, Kristen and Phil Riggs, quickly recognized that most clients required a more full-service approach. Transitioning into a full-service personal home management company exclusively serving private, non-rental properties was a seamless evolution driven by the owners' extensive professional backgrounds.
Kristen and Phil relocated from Chicago in 2020, bringing years of high-level leadership experience to their clients: Kristen previously served as a meeting planner producing multi-million dollar trade shows, while Phil served as a director at an international trade association and is a veteran of the U.S. Navy. Kristen’s meticulous attention to detail and Phil’s strategic management skills are the core drivers of the company's success today.
The Riggs Request home watch team have all gone through extensive training and earned the Certified Home Watch Reporter designation from The Home Watch Network, Your Home Watch Professionals. Kristen has also earned her Certified Home Watch Professional (CHWP #07240415) designation through the National Home Watch Association (NHWA). The home watch company is also Accredited by the National Home Watch Association (NHWA) and carries the correct insurance coverage and bonding in order to protect their homeowners. Riggs Request, LLC has been reviewed by Consumer Affairs and the Better Business Bureau and all company principals and employees have passed background checks. They have also been named Missouri's Best Home Watch Company for the past 5 years (2023 – 2027).
